A running transcript appears under the caller during a call, so learners can catch a name or detail without asking the customer to repeat it. How phone simulations work.

🌍 More languages and voices

Voice simulations now speak Afrikaans, Bengali, Danish, Norwegian, Urdu and Zulu, with regional accents, better Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay voices, and a button to preview a voice before you pick it. See supported languages.

📊 A smarter performance dashboard for learners

An AI overview shows each learner their strengths, their weaknesses and which simulations to try next. Explore the dashboard.
