Languages supported for simulations

The languages available in Solidroad depend on the simulation channel. The language menu in the simulation builder shows the current choices for your channel. For phone and video simulations, you can also choose and preview the AI customer’s voice.

Available languages

Phone and video simulations support the languages below. Chat and email support all of these, plus Persian.

Choose and preview a voice

  1. Go to Resources > Personas. Create a persona or open one to edit.

  2. Under Language & voice, select the language the persona should speak. The voice choices update to match it.

  3. Choose a voice, then select Play voice preview to hear it before saving. The preview button is disabled for voices that do not support a preview.

  4. Save the persona. When you create a simulation, select the same language and choose that persona.

Voices and regional accents vary by language. Preview the options to find the voice that fits your scenario.
