How to manage users
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This article covers finding a user, changing their role, removing their access, and checking which group they belong to. For sending a new invitation, see How to invite and add new users, and for what each role can do, see Roles and Permissions Explained.
Where to manage users
Go to Settings → Users. This shows everyone with an active Solidroad account in your workspace.
Finding a user
Search by name using the search box.
Filter by role using the All Roles dropdown.
Sort the list by clicking any column header (Learner, Role, or Joined On).
The Groups column shows which group each user belongs to, useful for confirming their assignment before making changes.
Changing a user’s role
Find the user in the list.
Click the dropdown arrow in their Role column.
Select the new role.
The change saves automatically, there’s no confirmation step.
Removing a user
Find the user in the list.
Click the ellipsis icon (…) at the far right of their row.
Select Remove user.
This removes them from your Solidroad workspace only, it doesn't delete their authentication record if your account uses SSO.
Managing pending invitations
Switch to the Invitations tab to see who hasn't accepted yet, or filter the list by status. To revoke an invitation, click the ellipsis icon (…) next to it and select Revoke invite.
