How to Invite and Add New Users

Who this is for: Solidroad admins adding new team members to the workspace.
Getting Started
Log in to your Solidroad admin account and click the Settings icon in the lower-left corner. Then click the Users tab to access user management.

Sending Invitations:
On the Users page, click the Invite button in the upper-right corner
In the pop-up, enter the email address of the person you want to invite
Select their role from the dropdown — refer to the role table below if you're unsure which to assign!
Admin — Can view and manage all workspace features.
Admin (read only) - Can view all workspace features, but not create or manage.
Group Lead — Can view reporting and create assignments for their assigned groups.
Learner — Can take assigned simulations and assignments; can view performance and certificates.
Trainer — Can manage and create training content and reviews assignments.
QA — Can manage quality evaluations and scorecards.
Click Send Invitation



You'll see a confirmation that the invitation has been successfully sent.
⚠ Important: New users must click Accept Invitation in the email they receive to gain access to Solidroad. If they try to access the workspace by visiting solidroad.com and clicking Sign In, they will be blocked.

Track Pending Invitations:
To check whether a user has accepted their invitation, go to the Users page and click the Invitations tab.
The invitations page shows:
Email — The invited user's email address
Role — The role assigned at the time of invitation
Invited — Time elapsed since the invitation was sent
Status — Pending or Accepted
Actions — Click the ellipsis icon (…) to revoke the invitation

View Active Users:
Once a user accepts their invitation they'll appear in the Users tab as an active member. The active users table shows:
User Name
User Email
User Role (this is where you are able to change/update the role of a user)
User Group
Date that the user accepted the invite
Option to revoke the invite (click the ellipsis icon)
