Accepting Your Invitation and Accessing Your Account:

To get started, check your inbox for an invitation email from Solidroad.

• Click “Accept Invitation” to join the platform.

• If the button doesn’t work, use the “click here” link in the same email.

• Already accepted your invite? Go directly to app.solidroad.com and log in with your registered email and password.

Once logged in, you'll land on the Home page — your central hub for training and progress tracking.

Find Your Assignments:

The Home page is where your training lives. Any simulations assigned to you by your admins will appear here, ready to complete.

💡 What's a simulation? An interactive training scenario built by your admins — think of it as a practice conversation or role-play you complete at your own pace.

Completed all your assigned simulations? You may earn a certificate depending on your organization's settings.

Track Your Progress:

Head to My Performance in the left navigation panel to see:

• Simulations you've completed

• Your scores and results

• Performance trends over time

Explore More Training:

The Simulations section shows all scenarios available to you, not just assigned ones. Use this to practice additional skills or revisit scenarios you've already completed.

Get Help:

Click the "Get Help" to open the Solidroad Support Chatbox in the bottom left corner.

It's your gateway to:

• Live Chat with support

• Help Articles and onboarding guides

• Submitting a bug report

• Requesting a feature

• Knowledge Base access

Updating Your Account and Switching Role Views:

Switching Role Views - Toggle between role views by clicking on your role at the bottom left corner next to your profile icon - (This is only applicable if you have been assigned more than one role).

Updating Account Settings - Click on your profile icon to update your account settings or sign out of the platform.
