Follow the steps below to view learners' profile:
Log in to your Solidroad admin account to check and view the learners' profiles and data in training. Click the 'Training' tab and head to the 'Learners' tab to view the Learners page.
2. On the Learners page, you will see the list of all the learners in your organisation using the Solidroad platform. On the Learner's page, you can sort the Learner's name, average score, simulations completed, total time of simulations, and total days or time they were active on the platform.
3. Also, you can use the 'Filter by group' feature to display only those learners' profiles in a specific group.
4. Click on ' View profile ' to view the individual Learner's profile and performance with the training in more detail.
i. The upper section of the Learner's profile will show you a graphical overview of the Learner's performance, including Average scores, Simulations completed, and total time in training. You can use the tabs at the upper right-hand corner of the screen to view the Learner's graphical performance on specific days.
ii. The middle section of the Learner's profile page shows insights about the training and assignments the Learner completed.
a. Insights:
This is the overall insight of the system regarding all the completed simulations of the Learner.
b. Assignment:
This portion gives you a total overview of the Learner's assignment. You can view all the statuses of the assignments (In progress, completed, or overdue).
c. To view the assignment's details, click on the assignments, and you will be routed to the assignment's further information.
iii. The lower section of the Learner's page will show you the list of the completed simulations. You can sort the list by simulation's title, score, and date.
a. The simulation's title is an interactive link. If you click it, a prompt to start the simulation will appear.
b. To view all the simulation details, click on 'View feedback'.
c. The simulation feedback page will show you the whole conversation based on the channel (phone, chat, email, or video) used. (The screenshot below is a chat simulation).
d. You can also view the system's feedback on the simulations, the Learner's total score, feedback per criterion based on the scorecard configured for that simulation, and recommendations for improvement.
e. At the upper left-hand portion of the page, you will see a small settings icon that allows you to generate more feedback regarding the simulation using another set of scorecards available on the platform.
Select a scorecard in the prompt and click the 'Create' tab.
You can generate multiple feedback based on different scorecards, displayed just below the 'Create new feedback' tab. Note that the input takes time to develop, depending on the channel and time of the simulation.
Now that you can access and review detailed learner profiles, you can effectively track progress, monitor performance, and provide targeted feedback to support their development.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please refer to our support resources or contact the Solidroad team via the 'Get Help' tab within the platform.
User manual definition of terms:
Learner Profiles: Detailed records that track a learner's progress, performance, and completed training activities, helping to personalise and support their learning journey.
Simulation: A virtual replica of real-world scenarios used for training, practice, or testing without the risks or costs of real-life situations.
Scorecard: A tool for users to track performance, monitor progress, and get feedback during AI simulations.
Channel: A tool for delivering training and interacting within AI simulations. Learners can choose phone, email, chat, or video for a personalised experience.
Group: A set of learners organised for collaborative training and performance tracking.
Assignments: Simulations are given to learners to complete as part of their training and are used to assess understanding and progress.
Insights: Valuable information or observations derived from data or performance, helping to understand trends, improve learning outcomes, and guide decisions.
Feedback is information provided to learners about their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement to guide further development.
