How to view hiring reporting

Welcome to the Solidroad guide on Viewing Hiring Reports. This manual will help you track key metrics like simulations completed, average scores, and time saved. Learn how to customise reports with filters and export the data for further analysis.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Solidroad admin account, click on the ‘Hiring’ tab and next is the ‘Reporting’ tab.

2. On the upper left-hand side of the Reporting page, you will see statistical data for Simulations completed, Average score, and Time saved, each corresponding to a graph beside them. On the right side, filters and tabs allow you to view customised and specific reports.

i. Simulations Completed – Click this tab to view a graphical representation of simulations completed by all the candidates.

ii. Average score – This tab displays the average score of all the candidates.

iii. Time saved - This tab shows the total time the candidates spend on their simulations.

Note: You can use the filters in the upper-right corner of the page to customise the graphs for simulations completed, average score, and time saved. A pop-up box with additional details will appear when you hover your cursor over the dots on the graph.

3. The filters in the upper right-hand corner of the Reporting page allow you to:

i. Customize the Date Range – Select from 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, or use the 'Custom' tab to choose specific dates. The selected dates will appear on the X-axis of the graph.

ii. Apply Dropdown Filters – Use filters like 'Filter by candidate,' 'Filter by Channel,' 'Filter by assessment,' and 'Filter by Scorecard' to modify the trends in the graph according to your selections.

4. The lower part of the reporting page shows all the data the graph represents. This data will update according to the filters you apply.

5. You can export the data to a CSV file by clicking the 'Export' tab.

i. After clicking the 'Export' tab, a pop-up window will appear where you can customise the data to be exported. Note that you cannot change the period within the window; you must return to the date filters to adjust the dates.

ii. After clicking the 'Export Data' button, you will receive an email with a link to download the files.

iii. Once the files are downloaded, you can view and use the data as needed.

Following these steps, you can easily access and customise your hiring reports, track key performance metrics, and export the data for further analysis. This will help you make informed decisions and optimise your recruitment process.

User manual definition of terms:

Average Score: The overall score is calculated by averaging the results of all simulations completed during training. It helps track learner performance and progress.

Simulation: A virtual replica of real-world scenarios used for training, practice, or testing without the risks or costs of real-life situations.

Statistical Data: Key metrics and insights that summarise learner performance, progress, and engagement, helping to assess the effectiveness of the training.

Scorecard: A tool for users to track performance, monitor progress, and get feedback during AI simulations.

Channel: A tool for delivering training and interacting within AI simulations. Learners can choose phone, email, chat, or video for a personalised experience.

CSV File: A file format for exporting data, which can be opened in spreadsheet programs like Excel or Google Sheets.

Date Range: The selected period used to filter and display report data, which can be customised to show data from the past 7, 14, or 30 days or specific dates.

Assessment: A test or evaluation created in Solidroad to measure a candidate’s skills, knowledge, or qualifications for hiring or training purposes.
