Solidroad makes it easy to track your learning progress. This guide will show you how to check your scores, feedback, and overall performance to stay on track and improve. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Login and access your My Performance tab
Log in to your Solidroad account and go to the My Performance tab. On the upper left-hand side of the Reporting page, you will see statistical data for Simulations Completed, Average Score, and Total Training Time, each corresponding to a graph beside them. Filters and tabs allow you to view and customise specific training reports.
Step 2: View and analyse the data in the graphs.
a. Simulations Completed – Click this tab to view a graphical representation of completed simulations.
b. Average score – This tab displays your average score on your completed simulations.
c. Total training time – This tab shows the total time you’ve spent completing your assigned simulations.
Note: You can use the filters in the upper-right corner of the page to customise the graphs for simulations completed, average score, and total training time. When you hover your cursor over the dots on the graph, a pop-up box will appear with additional details.
d. The filters in the upper right-hand corner of the Reporting page allow you to:
i. Customize the Date Range – Select from 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, or use the 'Custom' tab to choose specific dates. The selected dates will appear on the X-axis of the graph.
ii. All Channel - This will allow you to filter the data using channels.
Step 3: Check the completed simulation lists and its feedback
a. Completed simulation list - The lower part of the reporting page shows all the data the graph represents. This data will update according to the filters you apply.
Step 4: Check and review your simulation feedback
a. To view the simulation feedback, click the ‘View Feedback’ link in the table for the simulation you want to review.
b. The feedback below is an example of a completed chat simulation:
The left-hand side of the feedback page will give you your total scores and rating per the criteria. It also contains suggestions for improvement.
The right-hand side of the page shows the handling time, response time, CSAT, conversation transcripts, and recording (Phone/Video) based on the type of channel for the simulations you have completed successfully.
Tracking your progress in Solidroad helps you stay focused and improve continuously. By regularly checking your performance data and feedback, you can better understand your strengths and areas for development. Happy learning!
