Completion Guide for Candidates

This guide walks you through everything you need to complete your Solidroad simulation as part of the hiring process - from accepting your invite and logging in, to finding your way around the platform and keeping track of your progress. Steps 1-2 cover getting into your account and completing your assigned simulation.

Step 1: Accept your invitation and access your account

Before you can log in, you'll need to activate your account using the invite sent to you by the company you're applying to:

1. Check your inbox for an invitation email from the company you applied to.

2. Click Accept Invitation or the link attached in the email.

3. On the landing page that opens, enter your name and the personal email address the invite was sent to.

Step 2: Find and complete your assigned simulation

Once logged in, you'll land on the simulation landing page, where you can select and complete your assigned simulation. What to do:

1. Select the simulation you need to complete.

2. Read through the assessment instructions carefully, then select Start Assessment once you understand what's expected.

3. Use the setup tools to check that your sound and microphone are working before you begin. Once you're happy with both, select Start.

4. Complete the simulation conversation. When you're finished, select End Assessment.

5. You'll be brought back to the landing page automatically, where you can view your completed assessment.
