Integrations overview: what you can connect to Solidroad

Solidroad connects to the knowledge base, learning management and customer communication tools your team already uses. This article explains what each type of integration does and points you to the setup guide for each tool. You manage every integration from the Integrations tab in the bottom-left corner of the main navigation, and only Admins can change integrations (see Roles and Permissions Explained).
Knowledge base integrations
A knowledge base integration gives Solidroad read access to your documentation so your scorecards and simulations draw on your own, up-to-date content rather than generic examples. Once connected, the source becomes available when you build scorecards and simulations.

Learning management integrations
Docebo is the LMS you can connect today. You link a Solidroad assignment to a Docebo course. When a learner opens that course in Docebo, Solidroad checks whether they have passed the assignment and, if so, sends the completion status and score to Docebo. The check only happens when the learner opens the course, so a pass in Solidroad does not appear in Docebo until they next open it.

Connecting an integration
Every integration follows the same path, and each guide above covers the details that differ for that tool.
In the Integrations tab, find the tool and switch its toggle on. Solidroad then asks you to authorise the connection, either by signing in to the tool with an admin account and approving access, or by entering API credentials where the tool requires them. When the toggle shows as active, the connection is complete.
If you cannot see a tool’s toggle, your Solidroad role is not Admin.
If authorisation fails, check that you are signed in to the correct admin account for that tool. If the connection is active but nothing appears in Solidroad, open that tool’s guide and check its prerequisites and filters.
The Integrations tab lists every available connection, so if the tool you need is not shown there, contact the Solidroad team via the Help tab.
