Integrations overview: what you can connect to Solidroad
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Solidroad connects to the tools you already use, so you can pull conversations in for automatic scoring, ground your QA and simulations in your own knowledge, and sync training results back to your systems. This article gives you the full picture of what's available and where to go next.
Before you start: You'll manage every integration from the Integrations tab, in the bottom-left corner of the main navigation. You'll usually need an admin account for the tool you're connecting, plus a Solidroad user role with permission to manage integrations.
The four types of integration
Integrations fall into four groups, depending on what they do for you:
Customer communication - pull chats, tickets, and calls in to be scored against your scorecards.
Sales calls - pull outbound and recorded sales calls in to be scored.
Knowledge base - give Solidroad read access to your documentation to ground QA and power simulations.
Learning management (LMS) - sync simulation results back to your training system.
Customer communication integrations
Connect your support tools to run quality assurance (QA) on chats, tickets, emails, and calls at scale.
Options:
Fin — Score chat tickets and phone conversations.
Zendesk — Score tickets (email and chat) and Zendesk Talk calls.
Front — Score conversations across email, chat, and SMS shared inboxes.
Gladly — Score unified voice and messaging conversations.
Aircall — Score phone calls using recordings and transcripts.
HubSpot — Score CRM conversations: chats, emails, and logged calls.
Amazon Connect — Import and score call recordings and transcripts.
Salesforce Service Cloud — Score customer support cases and their linked conversations.
Gorgias — Score tickets across email, chat, and social.
Kustomer — Score conversations across email, chat, SMS, and voice.
Freshdesk — Score support tickets.
Forethought — Score AI-assisted and agent-handled conversations.
Sales-call integrations
Connect your sales tooling to score outbound and recorded calls on discovery, objection handling, and process adherence.
Options:
Salesfinity — Score outbound sales calls using recordings and transcripts.
Gong — Score recorded calls using their transcripts.
Knowledge base integrations
Give Solidroad read access to your documentation so scoring reflects what your team should actually say, and simulations draw on your real content.
Options:
Notion — Connect selected pages and databases from your Notion workspace.
Guru — Connect selected cards and collections.
Confluence — Connect selected spaces and pages.
Learning management integrations
Keep your LMS records in sync with training completed in Solidroad.
Options:
Docebo — Automatically mark a Docebo course complete when a learner passes a mapped simulation.
More options are available: The Integrations tab lists every available connection, including additional customer communication and knowledge base tools. If you don't see the one you need, contact us via the Get Help tab.
How to connect an integration
Every integration follows the same basic path. Each tool also has its own step-by-step guide with the exact details.
What to do:
Go to the Integrations tab in Solidroad.
Find the integration you want and toggle it on.
Authorise the connection - sign in and approve access (or enter API credentials, depending on the tool).
Once the toggle shows as active, the integration is ready to use.
Once connected, customer communication and sales-call integrations appear as a source when you create a New Bulk Evaluation in the Quality tab. Knowledge base integrations become available when building scorecards and simulations, and Docebo syncs completions automatically once your simulations are mapped to courses.
Troubleshooting
Don't see an integration's toggle? Confirm your Solidroad user role has integration permissions.
Authorisation failing? Make sure you're signed into the correct admin account for that tool.
Connected but no data appearing? Open that integration's guide and check its filters and prerequisites.
Now that you know what's available, pick the tools you use and connect them — each has a dedicated guide to walk you through setup.
