Solidroad + Notion Integration Guide
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Connect your Notion knowledge base to Solidroad so your scorecards and simulations can draw on your own, up-to-date content. This guide walks you through connecting Notion and choosing what Solidroad can access.
Before you start: You'll need a Notion workspace owner or admin account to authorise the connection, and a Solidroad user role with permission to manage integrations.
What the Notion integration does
The Notion integration gives Solidroad read access to selected pages in your Notion knowledge base. Solidroad uses this content to:
Ground QA scoring in your real policies and processes, so accuracy checks reflect what your team should actually say
Build more realistic simulations and training scenarios from your own documentation
Keep evaluations aligned with your latest guidance as your knowledge base evolves
Step 1: Turn on the Notion integration
Enable Notion from within Solidroad so it can request access to your workspace.
What to do:
Log in to Solidroad.
Go to the Integrations tab in the bottom-left corner of the main navigation.
Find Notion and toggle it on.
Step 2: Authorise and select pages
Approve Solidroad's access and choose which content it can read.
What to do:
When the access prompt appears, you'll be redirected to Notion — sign in with an owner or admin account.
On the Notion authorisation screen, select the pages or databases you want to share with Solidroad.
Click Allow access. You'll return to Solidroad, where the toggle now shows as active.
Why it matters: Solidroad can only read the pages you explicitly share. Grant access to the knowledge you want reflected in scoring and simulations — and leave sensitive pages unshared.
Step 3: Confirm your content is available
Check that the right knowledge base content has synced.
What to do:
Return to the Integrations tab and confirm the Notion toggle is active.
When building a scorecard or simulation, confirm your Notion content is available as a source.
Keeping content up to date
Solidroad reads from your live Notion pages, so updates you make in Notion flow through to future evaluations and simulations. If you add new pages later, revisit Step 2 to share them.
Troubleshooting
No Notion toggle in the Integrations tab? Confirm your Solidroad user role has integration permissions.
Authorisation failed? Make sure you're logged into the correct Notion workspace with owner or admin rights.
A page isn't showing up? Re-open the Notion authorisation and confirm that page (or its parent) has been shared with Solidroad.
Now that Notion is connected, your scorecards and simulations can draw on your real knowledge base — keeping QA and training aligned with your latest guidance.
