Solidroad + Notion Integration Guide

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Connect your Notion knowledge base to Solidroad so your scorecards and simulations can draw on your own, up-to-date content. You’ll need a Notion workspace owner or admin account to authorise the connection. By the end, Solidroad will have read access to the Notion pages you choose, and only those pages.

Turn on the Notion integration

  1. In Solidroad, go to the Integrations tab in the bottom-left corner of the main navigation. If you don’t see a Notion toggle here, your Solidroad role doesn’t have integration permissions.

  2. Find Notion and switch the toggle on. You’re redirected to Notion.

Authorise Notion and choose pages

  1. Sign in to Notion with an owner or admin account. If authorisation fails, check that you’re signed in to the correct Notion workspace and that your account has owner or admin rights.

  2. On the Notion authorisation screen, select the pages or databases you want to share with Solidroad. Solidroad can only read the pages you share here, so leave sensitive pages unselected.

  3. Click Allow access. You’re returned to Solidroad and the Notion toggle now shows as active.

Keeping content up to date

Solidroad reads from your live Notion pages, so edits you make in Notion flow through to future scoring and simulations without any further setup. When you build a scorecard or simulation, your shared Notion content is available as a source.

If you add new pages later, repeat the authorisation step above and share them. If a page isn’t showing up in Solidroad, re-open the Notion authorisation and check that the page, or its parent page, has been shared with Solidroad.
