Solidroad + Guru Integration Guide
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Connect your Guru knowledge base to Solidroad so your scorecards and simulations can draw on your team’s verified cards. You’ll need a Guru admin account to authorise the connection. By the end, Solidroad will have read access to the Guru collections you choose, and only those collections.
Turn on the Guru integration
In Solidroad, go to the Integrations tab in the bottom-left corner of the main navigation. If you don’t see a Guru toggle here, your Solidroad role doesn’t have integration permissions.
Find Guru and switch the toggle on. An access prompt appears.
Authorise Guru and choose collections
Sign in to Guru with an admin account. If you’re asked for your Guru API credentials instead, paste them in. If authorisation fails, check that you’re signed in to the correct Guru admin account and that your API credentials are valid.
Select the collections you want to share with Solidroad. Solidroad only reads the collections you share here, so leave sensitive collections unselected.
Confirm access. You’re returned to Solidroad and the Guru toggle now shows as active
Keeping content up to date
Solidroad reads from your live Guru cards, so verified updates flow through to future scoring and simulations without any further setup. When you build a scorecard or simulation, your shared Guru content is available as a source.
If you add new collections later, repeat the authorisation step above and share them. If a collection isn’t showing up in Solidroad, re-open the Guru authorisation and check that the collection has been shared with Solidroad.
