Follow the steps to begin:
Log in to your Solidroad admin account, and head to the 'Assignments' tab by clicking the 'Hiring' tab in the left panel of the platform.
2. You will see all the created assessments for learners on the assessment page. You can search for the name of the assessment using the 'Search' box. Additionally, you can create folders by clicking the 'New folder' tab, and the newly created folder will be displayed alongside the old folders.
3. To create an assessment, click on the 'Create' tab, and you will be routed to the Create Assessment page where you must complete the details such as:
i. Name – This is where you need to enter the title of your assessment.

iii. Attempt limit – You can limit the candidate's attempt to retake.
vi. Add simulations – To add simulations for the assessment, click the 'Add simulations' tab, and you will see a screen with all the saved simulations. You can select multiple simulations to be included in the assessment, and once you have done so, hit the 'Add' and 'Create' tabs to save the assessment.
4. After the assessment is created, you will be routed to the assessment/interview screen, where you can edit, delete, test in the assessment, and when ready to share with candidates, copy a public link for your assessments.
i. Test assessment – This feature lets you view or test your created assessment. Click the 'Test assessment' tab, and a pop-up box will appear. You can click the 'Continue' tab to be directed to the next page.
ii. After you click 'Continue,' you will be directed to the status screen, where you will see all the added simulations in the created assessment, the number of attempts taken by the candidates, the current status of the simulation, whether it has been submitted or not started yet, and the 'Start' button, which will allow you to take the simulations.
5. If you want to view the status and results of the simulation you assigned to the candidates, go back to the assignment page and click on the assignment tab you wish to view, and you will be directed to the screen with the assignment details.
a. Hide/Show incomplete assignments—This tab allows you to display or not the candidates who have yet to complete the assignment.
b. Hide/Show test account—This tab allows you to display or hide the test accounts used to test the assignments.
6. Click on the candidate assignment result to be directed to the assignment status page to view the feedback. Click the dropdown arrow beside the score, and on the pop-up, click the ‘View Feedback.’
7. Then, you will see the feedback page. (You can view the manual ‘Learner profile - training’ in Step 4 to further learn how to view and generate more feedback.)
