Welcome to Solidroad! Whether you're a first-time user or need a quick refresher, this guide will walk you through the platform. You’ll learn how to access your simulations, complete your assignments, and track your progress in one easy-to-use platform.
Step 1: Accessing the platform
To get started, check your inbox for an invitation email from Solidroad.
Click the ‘Accept Invitation’ button to join.
If the accept invitation button doesn't work, click the ‘click here’ link in the same email.
Have you already accepted the invitation before?
You can log in directly by entering your registered email address and password on the login page.
Step 2: Accessing the System
Once you log in successfully, you’ll land in the Home page.
Step 3: Get to Know the Navigation Panel
On the left-hand side of your screen, you’ll find the Navigation Panel. Here's a quick tour:
Company Name – Displayed at the top.

Home Tab
This is where all your assigned simulations will appear — these are the training tasks created by your administrators.
You’ll also find the certificates you’ve earned for completing your assignments. (Note: Certificate availability may vary based on the simulations provided by your admins.)

Here, you’ll see your progress reports, including a list of all simulations you’ve completed and related statistics—great for tracking your progress!

This section shows all available simulations in your organisation.
You can freely explore and take additional simulations to sharpen your skills and practice.

What’s inside the Support Chatbox?
Home icon: Click this icon to Start a chat with customer support, follow pre-arranged onboarding help articles, or search for help articles.
The Messages icon lets you view your current support conversations or start a new one. Note that each new conversation creates a support ticket.
Tasks icon – Access step-by-step guides to help you navigate key features.
Help icon – Quickly access the complete Solidroad Knowledge Base, whether you're a learner or an admin.
Switch View (if enabled)
If you have multiple roles in the system (e.g., Learner and Admin), you'll see this option. Use it to switch between different user views with just a click!
Profile Icon
Click this to manage your account settings or to sign out of the system when you're done.

Definition of terms:
Learner’s Page - Your dashboard where all your training activities begin.
Invitation Email - An email from SolidRoad that allows you to access the training system.
Navigation Panel - The menu on the left side of your screen, where you’ll find tabs to explore different parts of the training system.
Simulations - AI-powered training scenarios created by your admins.
Assignments - Training tasks grouped and assigned to you by admins. Completing these helps you earn certificates and track progress.
