Follow the steps to create and manage tasks efficiently.
After logging in, click the 'Training' tab in the navigation menu, then select 'Assignments' from the dropdown menu to access the list of assignments.
2. Create or Edit an Assignment
To create a new assignment, click the 'Create' button in the screen's upper right corner.
To edit an existing assignment, find it in the list and click on its name to open the assignment details page.
3. Access Advanced Settings
Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section on the assignment creation or editing page. Here, you will configure the simulation settings, including the number of attempts allowed.
4. Set the Attempt Limit
In the Advanced Settings section, look for the Attempt Limit field.
Enter the desired number in the text box (e.g., 3 for three attempts) to set a specific number of attempts for learners to complete the simulation.
This means learners will only be allowed to attempt the simulation three times.
5. Enable Unlimited Attempts
Leave the Attempt Limit field empty to allow learners to attempt the simulation as often as needed.
By not entering a number, learners will have unlimited attempts to complete the simulation, helping them practice until they achieve mastery.
6. Optional Settings (Advanced Options)
Handling Time - If applicable, configure the Handling Time to specify how long learners must complete the simulation (in minutes). This can help regulate the time learners spend on each attempt.
Passing Score - You can also set a Passing Score in this section, defining the minimum score required for learners to pass the simulation.
7. Save the Assignment
After configuring the attempt limit (or enabling unlimited attempts), save your changes:
Save as Draft - Choose this option to save your assignment without immediately making it available to learners.
Save and Schedule - Select this option to schedule the assignment later.
Save and Set Live - Choose this option to immediately make the assignment available to learners.
8. Review and Edit the Assignment
After saving, the assignment will appear in the Assignments list.
You can return to the assignment anytime to edit, duplicate, delete, or generate an invite link.
