How to track your progress in Solidroad

Updated over a month ago

Solidroad makes it easy to stay on top of your learning and development. This guide will show you how to check your scores, analyze feedback, and monitor your overall performance — so you can track growth and improve with every simulation.

Step 1: Log In and Open the My Performance Tab

Log in to your Solidroad account and click on the My Performance tab in the left navigation panel.

At the top of the Reporting page, you’ll see key stats:

  • Simulations Completed

  • Average Score

  • Total Training Time

Each metric is paired with a corresponding graph. You can use filters and tabs to view your data by date range or channel.

Step 2: Explore the Performance Graphs

Each graph gives you insight into your recent training activity. Here’s what each one shows:

  • Simulations Completed: Total number of simulations you've finished over time

  • Average Score: Your overall score across completed simulations

  • Total Training Time: How much time you’ve spent completing training tasks

Customizing Your View

Use the filters in the upper-right corner to tailor the data shown in the graphs:

  • Date Range: Choose between 7, 14, or 30 days, or select a custom range

  • Channel Filter: Narrow your results by communication channel (Chat, Email, Phone, or Video)

Tip: Hover over data points on each graph to see more detailed information in a pop-up box.

Step 3: Review Your Completed Simulations

Scroll down the Reporting page to view the full list of completed simulations. This section updates based on the filters you've selected and gives a detailed breakdown of each assignment you've finished.

Step 4: View Simulation Feedback

To view detailed results and coaching feedback for a simulation:

  1. Find the simulation in the table

  2. Click View Feedback

What You'll See

  • Left Side: Your total score, rating per criteria, and personalized suggestions for improvement

  • Right Side: Metrics like:

    • Handling time

    • First and average response time

    • CSAT score

    • Transcript of your conversation

    • Call or video recording (if applicable)

Your feedback is customized to the type of simulation and channel used, giving you actionable insights to improve your skills.

The left-hand side of the feedback page will give you your total scores and rating per the criteria. It also contains suggestions for improvement.

The right-hand side of the page shows the handling time, response time, CSAT, conversation transcripts, and recording (Phone/Video) based on the type of channel for the simulations you have completed successfully.

Why Tracking Matters

Regularly checking your performance helps you:

  • Stay focused on improvement

  • Identify strengths and areas for development

  • Monitor progress toward certifications or training goals

The more you engage with your feedback, the more confident and capable you’ll become.
