How to create and manage scorecards for simulations

Scorecards track simulation performance, providing objective criteria to assess users' skills during role-playing scenarios. Customising scorecards ensures that each simulation measures relevant criteria.

Steps to Create and Manage Scorecards:

  1. Log In to Your Admin Account.

  2. Go to the ‘Library’ tab and click ‘Scorecards’.

3. Create a New Scorecard

  • Click the ‘Create Scorecard’ button.

  • Add criteria such as skill types, scoring parameters, and thresholds.

  • Save the scorecard once completed.

4. Assign Scorecards to Simulations

  • When setting up a simulation, in the ‘Simulation Type’ step, choose the appropriate scorecard from the dropdown menu.

5. Edit or Delete a Scorecard

  • To edit or delete a scorecard, return to the ‘Library’ tab and select ‘Scorecards’.

  • Click on the scorecard you want to edit or delete and make the necessary changes.
